Our candles, wax melts and gift sets are ready to ship – order processing 1-3 working days. All items ship from London, UK via Royal Mail postal services.

Shipping costs are calculated on the cart/checkout pages. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK Shipping – UK orders are sent via Royal Mail delivery in 1-2 business days for 1st Class shipping or 3-5 days for 2nd Class shipping, from dispatch.
EU & International Shipping – If you are based in the EU / another part of the world and wish to order our goods, please contact us stating which items you wish to purchase. We will provide you with a quotation for the goods and shipping cost. If you wish to proceed with the purchase, full payment will be required prior to the shipment of your order.

Please note, the above delivery lead estimates have been advised via Royal Mail, are not guaranteed and outwit our control. During peak/ busier postal seasons; such as Christmas, we would advise placing your order earlier to avoid disappointment.

International orders may be subject to delays outwith our control. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double check the shipping address and ensure correct at the time of order. Packages returned to us due to insufficient address information can be reshipped but the buyer will be asked to pay the re-shipping cost.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges. Customers must contact us within 14 days of their item(s) being delivered in order to receive a refund. Items must be unused and in its original condition. Upon inspection, of your item, we will then contact you to notify you about whether or not your refund has been accepted. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. If your refund is rejected and you would like the item(s) back, you must pay for the return postage.

Exchange– If you contact us after 14 days but within 30 days of receiving your items, then we will offer an exchange only.

After 30 days no refunds or exchanges will be given.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
